Refund

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at hello@sephcrafts.com to process the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on the geographical area for delivery, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Due to personalization, all products are final sale. 

 

All orders are based on contractual agreement only. Customers are encouraged to order a sample stationery item for $25.00 USD via email: hello@sephcrafts.com prior to placing a final order.

 

Please include all detailed information, i.e: wording, color, material and address for shipment. 

Privacy & Safety

Your privacy is taken very seriously! We do not sell your information to any third party vendors. It is only used for product updates, my store promotion(s) and your order related information.

Shipping

All products are shipped via FedEx Ground shipping. 

Turnaround time for US residents is two weeks from payment date.
